In the middle of ZweiWing’s performance, the activation experiment of “The Armour of Nehushtan” was being carried out, by the Singular Disaster Anti-Riot Unit, in a laboratory that was prepared ahead of time in a special room in the Live Hall.

A trial to try and sublimate a more efficient means of opposing the Noise, in order to further develop the Sakurai Theory by activating and analyzing the Armour of Nehushtan which was a complete Sacrist. However, immediately after activation, the Nehushtan went on a complete rampage, as the safety valve was unable to contain the energy swelling up from the it.

Likewise, the timing of it, happened when the large quantity of Noise appeared in the Live Hall. In the middle of the situation where they had lost control over the persisting chaos, the Armour of Nehushtan was lost.

There are firmly-rooted conspiracy theories remaining among the officials, such as the seizure was caused by someone who lost something, or that the incident wasn’t accident, and that the two consecutive incidents had no relation whatsoever.
