It is the name of the "FG Torpedo Type Specialized Attire" that is created from Sacrists, and is based upon the “Sakurai Theory” proposed by Ryouko Sakurai, the Technical Chief affiliated with the Second Division of the Singular Disaster Anti-Riot Unit.
