The pendants that Tsubasa and Kanade wear are items that have been made from the fragments of each of their respective Sacrists.

It happens to have the functions of a sound collecting microphone, and it is endowed with the feature to forcefully activate the little remaining power in a Sacrist, through the power of the songs sung by the Attuner.

The activated Sacrist Fragment, will then reconfigure itself into a Symphogear, after being reduced in energy levels once.
