An (un) perfected device, developed by Elfnein who aimed to clarify and observe the region of the brain with the seized direct feedback system by applying alchemical techniques to it.

By sending electric signals from the device to the test subject’s brain, the reflected response, is configured within the device as a virtual region of the brain.

Through sending the signalized observer’s mind into the virtual region of the brain from the other side of it, they can see a “world” that’s made to look like a virtual reality from the inside of it.

As in Miku Kohinata’s case who cladded the Shén Shòu Jìng Symphogear, it doesn’t directly interfere with the region of the brain, rather its greatest feature is that it temporarily reduces the burden to the test -subject’s brain according to the degree of interference with the virtual region of the brain that’s been electrically pseudo-configured.

Nevertheless, it contains a high-level risk of fusing with the other’s self-consciousness, as well as the disappearance and scattering of one’s own self-awareness.

From a place where an observer, can look around at the “dangerous world” called the other’s virtual brain region that has been pseudo-electrically configured, and likened after the “Divine Comedy” published by the Italian Poet Dante, the device has been named “Beatrice” after the girl who meets with the protagonist (Dante himself) in hell.
