It's a normal day for us Holders.

To control the combat abilities of the Symphogear, it is largely thought that it is dependent on the spiritual aspect, and not the reflexes and stamina of us Holders.

Well then, why are they imposing daily training on us?

They feel like it will make us believe in ourselves. Since there’s an aspect of raising our “self-confidence in it.” Will we be able to like, or love ourselves no matter what, by piling an unbetrayable exertion on us?

 If there is a place or person that we can go to that we can believe in, they thought that we would be able hold our ground no matter what kind of a pinch we are in, and as such a menu matched to each of us has been prepared.

Although it may have been straightened up with a brief mention of “Where there’s a will, there’s a way,” in truth, it’s to raise all of the Holder’s own compatibility factors little by little as compared to before, as it’s connected to elevation of our combat abilities.
