Although the collected samples of it that were generated from within Fusion Case 1 who had turned into a biological reaction furnace, and excreted from within her body, are very close to the make-up composition of a human body via an investigation by a research team., it was confirmed to have phases that are fixed to imaginary numbers.

It’s been temporarily concluded that it’s an unknown substance which differs from a human’s makeup at various points.

It functions as a “Annihilation Barrier Coating” that restores their combat affinity to even.

Originally, it was a “foreign object” that could interfere with each part of the Symphogear System, however only with the Philosopher’s Stone whose phases are its exact opposite existence, can it achieve the “basic, useless” special characteristics which exhibit that effect, and safely, become an offensive measure against the Lapis Philosophicus.
