Episode 11 - Definition

His true form is that of a prototype person――a doll that was created before the Prehistorical Civilization, and was thrown away. The reason for his scrapping, is because he was “completed perfectly.”

​

He has a backstory where he was passed off on an official appointment as a person, as it was concluded that he had no evolving ability, because he wasn’t equipped with any all-together exceptional abilities, and conversely didn’t possess the basic functions and abilities that were sought by his creator. Although he was scheduled for pulverization, he released himself from the chains that bound him and escaped. Neglected by his creator who lost even the slightest bit of interest in him, he hid himself in the background of history as it was.  Afterwards, he surpassed the imperfect (human-type) bodies that had been officially employed, and additionally reached the idea of trying to be equal to his creator.

 

This is, the origin of the formation of an organisation by alchemists.

The Pavaria Illuminati who established principles, of their longings and aspirations towards perfection, in order to reach the height of their own beings. Because he is perfectly completed, his function-less self which can’t construct any plans or new powers, nor reach his creator’s level, makes up for it by entrusting it to the other alchemists who belong to the organisation with how he does things.

The Lapis Philosophicus which is the Pavaria Illuminati’s ace in the hole, Aristotles’ classical elements which Adam’s wields, his gold transmutation ability, Tiki, as well as his amazing hat, are all “paths” that have been laid out for the end of someone’s research.The perfect and even incompetent Adam will always push himself forward with a marginal smile, as he walks on the path that someone laid out for him.

Episode 12 - Definition

The results that were created with all his might and the divine gate, the celestial Orion, was a considerably exhausted Adam.

​

When he came to settle the score with the Symphogear Holders, the Divine Weapon that he had been counting on to supplement his own power output shortages, had been lost by the blow of the God Eater.

​

In order to break the deadlock situation that was slanting to his own disadvantage, Adam, suddenly distributes the (very tremendous) energy that had sustained his own beautiful form into offensive power.

​

In other words, this form that resembled a hideous black goat, which was held in a corner of his head, is his true form that he wanted to continually hide in the depths of his shameful heart and pride, and at the same time it is Adam’s final battle form.
